We view each project as a collaborative effort between our staff, subcontractors and clients. We listen carefully to learn about your business, your goals, and your expectations for your facility. Then we do everything in our power to exceed those expectations. A typical building project entails:
- Research. We listen to what your needs are and compile any needed data.
- Planning. Specifications are established to meet your requirements. The site is fully researched and evaluated for the planned facility construction.
- Design. Drawings are made for your approval. We use state-of-the art CAD design equipment to assure accuracy and provide 3D renderings.
- Development. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach to each project. Your job will be supervised by one of our experienced Project Managers.
Tilt Wall Construction
Dolan Contractors is one of the leading tilt wall construction firms in the country. Tilt wall concrete construction has significant advantages over traditional construction techniques. It provides a durable structure, goes up more quickly, and is more cost effective than traditional methods. Here's what to expect with tilt wall construction.
- A concrete foundation is poured and sealed.
- Walls are created from rebar directly on the foundation.
- Concrete is poured into the molds created by the rebar.
- The walls are broken out of the molds and lifted into place by a crane.
- The walls are buttressed until the roof supports are finished.
- Once the structure can bear the entire weight of the walls, the buttresses are removed.
- The building then moves into final finishing and detailing.
